Send artwork
Send artwork files in a way that keeps quotation and production moving.
For small files, attach them to email. For large projects, send a download link and include version notes in your message.
Accepted file approach
- Print-ready PDF is preferred
- Packaged Adobe files can be sent when editing or checking is needed
- Include fonts and linked images if source files are provided
Large files
- Use a cloud download link for large folders
- Name folders by project, product and version
- Avoid sending multiple unlabeled revisions
What to include
- Specification sheet or order notes
- Dieline files for packaging or labels
- Color references if brand color is important
