Our old workflow is preserved and made clearer for overseas buyers: confirm specs, approve quotation, send print-ready files, check production and arrange shipment.
Payment & files
After quote approval, we provide a proforma invoice. Send final artwork files so production can be scheduled.
Production & delivery
When production is complete, finished product photos are sent for checking before delivery by sea or express.
After-sales service
Any transportation or receipt issues are taken seriously and resolved as quickly as possible.
